About The Project

The Balloon Vibe, led by entertainer Brad Thompson, offers interactive balloon twisting entertainment and workshops for events in Northeast Ohio. Instead of traditional balloon artists where kids wait in line, The Balloon Vibe teaches children how to twist their own creations, ensuring an engaging and memorable experience that empowers every child to be a balloon artist.

Project Details

  • Industry: Events
  • Core Technologies: WordPress, Apache, MySQL, PHP
  • Theme: Divi
  • Key Plugins: Divi Supreme Pro, Divi Image Hover, Divi Image Intense, Supreme Modules Lite – UpdraftPlus, WPForms Lite

Challenges & Solutions

The Challenge: The client previously struggled with a generic online presence that failed to convey the unique, interactive nature of their “no-line” balloon entertainment. The site needed to move away from a standard service list toward an experience-driven brand that encouraged direct bookings

The Solution: WUsing the Divi Builder and Divi Supreme Pro, we developed a high-energy, visual-first layout featuring custom hover effects and interactive modules to mirror the brand’s playfulness. We streamlined the user journey by implementing a clear “Book Now” CTA and a simplified WPForms booking process to increase lead conversion.

Key Features

  • Conversion-Optimized UI: High-visibility “Get a Quote” and “Book Now” call-to-actions strategically placed for maximum lead generation.
  • Interactive Visuals: Leveraged Divi Image Hover and Intense effects to showcase dynamic balloon creations and workshop energy.
  • Performance Focused: Built on a lightweight Apache/PHP stack with UpdraftPlus for automated security backups and seamless site maintenance.
  • Responsive Portfolio: A mobile-first gallery showcasing high-resolution event photos, optimized for fast loading on all devices.
  • Streamlined Inquiries: Custom-integrated WPForms Lite booking engine to capture specific event details and reduce manual back-and-forth communication.
